摘    要:提出了一种快速简便地求解非定常粘性流方程的方法、以得到换热器管束复杂流道内作用于振动管子上的流体激振力。简述了如何将管束流动的流体弹性稳定性分析与工程实际的振动疲劳破坏相联系,以及怎样在求解流动基本方程的基础上分析管束复杂流道内的振荡压力传播。将求解复杂流动的快速方法—参数多项式方法与流体激振的全功能分析及振荡压力传播理论结合起来,为管束流体激振研究开拓了一个新的途径。

Abstract:The flow-induced vibration of tube arrays is very important in heat exchanger. On the basis of the authors theory system and research experiment in the field of flow induced vibration, a new idea to study the flow induced vibration of tube bundle in heat exchanger is presented in this paper. The oscillating fluid mechanics theorem and parameter polynomial method are used to solve the flow equations. Then, the fluid force induced the bundles vibration can be obtained. The full functional analysis method is applied to predict the stability condition of fluid-elasticity. The theory of propagation characteristic of oscillating pressure is used to analyze the phenomena of flow-induced vibration including acoustic resonance. The idea indicates a new approach in the study of the flow-induced vibration in this area.
