摘    要:本试验是受WHO委托的OPV热稳定性协作研究项目。目的是验证和完善WHO推荐的OPV热稳定性实验,(即:OPV在37℃放48小时后,病毒滴度不能低于10~(5.65)TC ID_(50)/剂,下降不得超过0.5log TCID_(50)/剂。)试验结果表明WHO推荐的OPV热稳定性实验是必要的也是可行的。我国生产的OPV糖丸的热稳定性急待改进,液体疫苗是值得推荐的剂型。

Abstract:Thermal stability test of oral polio vaccine (OPV) was performed in order to demonstrate the method recommended by WHO. According to the requirements, virus titer of OPV should not be less than 10~(5.65) TCID_(50)/dose and decrease of the titer should not by over 0.5 log TCID_(50)/dose after standing at 37℃ for 48 hours. The result showed that the method was necessary and feasible. The thermal stability of Chinese OPV dragee should be improved pressingly. Liquid OPV is considered as better one.
