摘    要:振动固井技术可提高顶替效率,消除水泥石中的气泡,形成完好的水泥环,缩短候凝时间,防止固井后候凝"失重"时油、气、水窜,有利于提高两个界面的胶结强度,是提高固井质量行之有效的方法之一。介绍了新型涡轮式井下振动固井装置的结构、工作原理和在江苏油田的现场应用,分析了套管振动规律。现场应用表明:采用新型涡轮式振动注水泥固井技术可有效提高固井质量。

Abstract:Vibration cementing technique can improve displacement efficiency,eliminate air bubbles in cement to form good cement ring,shorten waiting-on-cement time to prevent gas,water breakthrough after cementing,and improve cementing strength of two interfaces.It is one of effective methods to improve cementing quality.This paper mainly introduces the structure and work principle of the new underground turbine vibration cementing device,and its application in Jiangsu Oilfield.The vibration law of the casing is analyzed.The field application showed that the new turbine vibration cementing technique can effectively improve the cementing quality.
