基于有限元方法的纸机干燥部机架机械性能分析

摘    要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对造纸机干燥部机架机械性能进行分析。通过静力分析,得出机架在静力载荷作用下的变形及应力分布。通过模态分析,得到机架的固有频率及对应的应变、应力情况。可望为干燥部的设计、故障诊断或改造提速提供理论依据。

Abstract:The mechanical properties of the frames of the drying section for paper machines were analyzed with finite element software ANSYS. The distribution of displacement and stress with static load were worked out through static analysis module and the natural frequency and also the distribution of displacement and stress was given through modal analysis module. The analytical results can be expected as the theoretical basis for the design, fault diagnosis and rebuilding in speed-increasing of the drying section of paper machines.
