| 摘 要： | 从我国消防监督管理工作的实际出发,分析现代高层住宅社区消防工作的主要问题,提出建立健全城市社区消防组织和消防工作制度,落实消防经费,完善消防设施,提高对住宅社区的消防监督检查水平,提高物业服务企业人员消防管理水平等方面的对策。

| Abstract: | From our reality of the state＇s supervision and management of the fire, analyzed the main prob-lems of the modern high-rise residential community fire safety work and had a deep discussion on how to im- prove fire safety in high-rise residential community buildings by proposing many different ideas,such as to es- tablish a sound urban community from fire organizations and fire systems, make sure the fire funding to imple- ment and improve fire-fighting facilities, improve the level of supervision and inspection of fire prevention of housing, improve the management level of property management service enterprise etc |
