超高层建筑核心筒液压爬模施工及质量控制

摘    要:北京财源国际中心西塔高156.6m,为型钢混凝土框架+混凝土核心筒结构。考虑场地、工期等因素,核心筒采用液压爬升模板施工工艺,并针对易出现的质量问题制定了防偏与纠偏措施和特殊部位的施工工艺,保证了液压爬模施工顺利进行。

Abstract:The west tower of Beijing Fund International Center is 156.6m high and adopts profile steel reinforced concrete plus concrete core tube structure Considering conditions on construction site and construction schedule, hydraulic climbing formwork construction process is adopted for construction of core tube. Deflection- prevention and deviation-correction measures and construction process for special position are established for quality problems which may be encountered during construction, successfully ensuring smooth hydraulic climbing formwork construction.
