| 摘 要： | 在分析教育管理对人才培养的重要作用以及我国教育管理现状的基础上，论述了我国经济和教育事业的发展迫切需要教育管理专业人才，并针对学校扩招，提出了加快教育管理人才培养和教育管理学学科建设的建议。

| Abstract: | Having analyzed the important role of education management in training qualified personnel and studied the present situation of the education management in China, this paper points out that the development of Chinese economic and educational undertakings needs professional personnel of education management urgently, and suggests speeding up the personnel training and discipline development in the field of education management. |
