摘    要:文章针对常减压蒸馏装置工艺管道中涉及的直径3000mm、主体材料是22mm+3mm的6MnR+00Cr17Ni14Mo2复合管,从焊接性、焊接方法、焊接材料、焊接坡口设计、焊接工艺评定、焊接质量检验等几个方面,比较全面地探讨了焊接技术要点。并将其成功应用于实际的焊接工程中。

Abstract:The D 3 000 mm composite pipes consisted of a l6MnR wall of 22 mm thickness and a 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 wall of 3 mm thickness are used for the process pipeline of atmospheric or vacuum distillation apparatus. This paper discusses the key techniques with respect to weldability, welding method, welding material, welding bevel design, welding process evaluation and welding quality examination of the composite pipes and describes their successful applications in practical projects.
