摘    要:为促进防暴弹处废工作朝着更加安全有序和经济环保的方向发展,在借鉴通用弹药处废技术的基础上,基于防暴弹的内部结构和作用特点,提出了由使用单位利用可控能量释放法自行组织实施处废的设想,重点分析了远距离拉发和露天焚烧的使用时机及注意事项.结合近期一次大批量防暴弹的处废实践,通过理论计算校核单枚防暴弹的爆炸威力和冲击波的安全距离,确定了处废方案的主要技术参数.在实施阶段,以保障人员安全为前提,选择处废场地并进行功能区域划分,提出装载和运输的注意事项,详细规划两种方法的实地操作步骤.处废工作取得了圆满成功,验证了两种处废方式的可行性.该研究可为防暴弹使用单位组织类似的处废工作提供有益的经验和借鉴.

Destruction Practice of Large Quantities Anti-Riot Ammunition Based on Controllable Energy Liberation Method

Abstract:In order to promote the safer,more orderly,more economical and more environmental-friendly development of waste disposal work for the anti-riot ammunition,based on the structure and function of its ammunition and the disposal technology of common ammunition,this paper proposed the idea that the user could organize the implementation of waste disposal work with controllable energy liberation method,focusing on the use time and precautions for both long-range pull firing and open burning.Combining with recently practice of large quantities waste disposal work,the main technical parameters of the disposal scheme were determined by calculating the explosive power and safety distance of shock wave for single detonation bomb.In the implementation stage,making sure the safety of personnel as the prerequisite,we selected the destruction site and the functional area division,and put forward the notes of loading and transportation,and detailed planned the field operations of the two methods.The department of waste disposal work was successful completely,which verified the feasibility of the two methods.This study can provide a useful experience and reference for the using units organizing the similar work.
