| 摘 要： | 尝试引入逆向物流理论,通过分析逆向物流的3种运行模式,指出后勤装备全寿命管理中不同后勤装备退役报废处置的最佳模式,针对当前退役报废中存在的问题提出了相关思路,构建了较完整的后勤装备退役报废处置流程,对后勤装备退役报废具有重要的指导意义.

| Abstract: | This paper attempts to practice the reverse logistics theory,and analyzes the three modes of reverse logistics operation,and points out the best disposal mode which should be chosen in different logistics equipment,and puts forward the relevant ideas for the problems in the current retirement and scrap,and builds the relatively complete disposal process for retirement and scrap of logistics equipment,which has important guiding significance in retirement and scrap of logistics equipment. |
