共线式底火装定电缆对信号传输的影响研究

摘    要:针对引信共线式底火装定过程中装定信号受电缆影响的问题,利用圆柱形电容器和平板电容器计算模型,推导了不平行电缆间以及电缆与坦克车金属板间分布电容的表达式;利用Orcad对共线式底火装定系统等效电路模型进行仿真分析,最后通过实验对上述结论进行验证;研究结果表明:影响装定信号传输的两个主要因素是电缆长度和工作环境;相较于空气中,50 m电缆在水中的传输信号波形的下降沿变化时间增加了约25 μs,对装定信号传输速率影响巨大.

Study on Effect of Collinear Primer Set Cable on Signal Transmission

Abstract:In order to research the effect of the fuze collinear primer set cable on signal transmission,the cylindrical capacitor and plate capacitor calculation theories were used to deduce the specific expression to calculate distributed capacity in the non-parallel cables and the cable and the tank's metal plate.The equivalent circuit model of the collinear primer set system was analyzed by the Orcad software and the result was verified by experiment.The results show that the cable length and the working environment are the two main factors that affect the setting signal transmission.Compared with air,the falling edge of the 50 meters of cable's transmission signal waveform increased by about 25us in the water,and it had a huge impact on the rate of the setting signal transmission.
