摘 要: | 针对采用瞬发电雷管同时起爆多块复合板存在的爆破振动等有害现象,提出采用延时电雷管起爆,通过实验得到不同延时时间对应的安全板间距,进一步对比两种起爆方式下制备钛/钢复合板的外观品质、结合率及力学性能.当延时25 ms、50 ms,对应板间距分别大于临界板间距15 m、30 m时,采用延时电雷管起爆方式制备的钛/钢复合板性能完全满足要求,为延时起爆技术在爆炸复合中的应用提供了重要依据.

Abstract: | The instantaneous electric detonating is harmful to natural environment.The delay electric detonating was put forward.The effect of different detonating modes on the properties of Ti-steel clad plate was investigated.The result showed that when the distance between two clad plates is greater than the critical value,the properties of Ti-steel clad plate were met requirements by delay electric detonating modes which provides improtant reference for the application of delay electric detonating technology in explosive bonding. |
