摘    要:为了研究温度对枪管材料30SiMn2MoVA力学性能的影响,将枪管材料加热到不同温度(20℃~ 600℃)进行拉伸试验;试验得到了不同温度下枪管材料的屈服强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量、断后伸长率;根据试验结果,建立了高温下枪管材料屈服强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量与温度的经验模型;试验表明:随着温度的升高,枪管材料的屈服强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量不断降低,断后伸长率在20℃~500℃有较小波动,在500℃~ 600℃急剧升高,研究结果为枪管和弹丸相互作用机理提供了参考.

Experimental on Influence of Temperature on Mechanical Properties of Barrel in Material 30SiMn2MoVA

Abstract:In order to research influence of temperature on mechanical properties of barrel in material 30SiMn2MoVA,the barrel was heated to different temperatures (20 ~600℃) for tensile test.By doing the test,yield strength,tensile strength,modulus of elasticity and elongation of the barrel at different temperatures were obtained.According to testing result,empirical models for yield strength-temperature,tensile strength-temperature and modulus of elasticity-temperature were proposed.It shows that as temperature increases,yield strength,tensile strength,and modulus of elasticity of barrel decreases continuously.As for elongation,it fluctuates slightly from 20℃ to 500℃,and increases sharply from 500℃ to 600℃.Outcome of this paper can provide reference for interaction mechanism between barrel and projectile.
