盘式磁流变液离合器传递的扭矩分析与磁路设计

摘    要:简述了盘式磁流变液离合器的工作原理,通过具体实例讨论了磁流变液离合器圆盘内外半径、盘间距等量的变化对磁流变液离合器传递扭矩的影响,以及磁路中各部分尺寸与磁阻之间的关系,分析并总结了盘式磁流变液离合器设计的关键因素,提出建设性意见,为盘式磁流变液离合器的设计提供参考。

Abstract:This paper discusses the work principle of the disc-shaped MRF clutch and factors which influence-the transmission efficiency,such as the inside and outside radius of the disc,the distance between the two discs in the clutch.The relationship between reluctance and magnetic circuit also has been discussed by concrete example.In addition,key factors to the design of dis-shaped MRF clutch also have been analyzed.These results provide the theoretical reference to the following design of MRF clutch.
