液压支架内部参数设计的原则

摘    要:液压支架作为综采工作面三机中最重要的设备,其架型结构一旦确定下来之后,影响液压支架使用性能的则是其内部参数。内部参数的确定是液压支架总体设计的主要工作,在液压支架设计中称之为调参数,调参数应当依据一定的原则进行。结合示例的方法对这种调参数的设计原则进行具体阐述,即要求支架双纽线比较合理以及支架连杆受力尽量小,这样才能保证支架在井下工作面自身比较安全,同时又能很好地维护工作面的顶板以及煤壁的片帮问题。

Abstract:Internal parameters of hydraulic support as the most important equipment in full-mechanized working face play a main role in the performance of hydraulic support once the frame of structure has been determined.Determining internal parameters are the main work of the overall design.In the design of hydraulic support,it is called the adjustable parameters.Adjustable parameters should be based on a certain principle.This paper explains the design principle of the adjustable parameters by the examples.Twisted pair is requested quite reasonable and connecting rod stress as low as possible for hydraulic support to ensure the mining face safe and maintance the roof of mining face and rib spalling.
