基于AMESim的液压锚杆钻机冲击器系统建模与仿真

摘    要:提出一种锚杆钻机用新型无阀自配流液压冲击器,分析其结构原理及特点。分别建立了冲击器各行程的数学模型,运用AMESim建模与仿真,根据仿真曲线分别分析了冲击活塞速度和活塞位移的变化情况。利用AMESim批运行功能分别分析了活塞质量、溢流阀调定压力及前后腔活塞直径比等对冲击器性能的影响,为冲击器参数优化设计和冲击特性研究提供了理论基础。

Abstract:A new type valveless hydraulic impactor was proposed,which was put into roofbolter,and its structure,operational pinciples and characteristics were analyzed.The mathematical models of each process were established respectively.Modeling and simulation with AMESim.Analyse change of piston velocity and displacement on basis of simulation curve.The influence of mass of piston,set pressure of relief valve and diameter ratio of front chamber with back chamber were analyzed by AMESim fuction of batch run,provide theoretical basis for impactor of parameters optimization design and impact characteristics research.
