基于三菱组件的微机与装卸机械手通信编程

摘    要:装卸机械手是柔性制造系统重要的底层设备之一,为了实现微机对装卸机械手的运行监控,须解决彼此间的通信问题。以三菱MX-COMPONENT组件(SW3D5C-ACT-E)为例,给出了系统的硬件组成、MX通信配置与VC++编程方法,在此基础上实现了对装卸站的通信与控制,确保了柔性制造系统的稳定运行。

Abstract:Loading and unloading manipulator is one of important devices in FMS.In order to monitoring its operation,communication between PC and manipulator controller should be achieved.By taking Mitsubishi mx component as an example,composure of control system and configuration of component are provided in this paper as well as programming technology.Communication and control are realized based on them and stable operation for FMS is guaranteed as a result.
