影响数控切削性能的三大参数

摘    要:通过筛选,认为数控切削系统的传动进给装置与切削过程是影响切削性能的最重要的环节,以2个环节的数学模型为依据,分析了切削过程的指数m、阻尼系数ξ及固有频率ωn3个参数分别对数控切削性能的影响。分析结果表明若能协调好3个参数的取值,则数控加工过程能取得更优化的切削性能。

Abstract:By filtering transmission feed device and cutting process of NC cutting system as the most important links,based on the mathematical model of the two links,three parameters were analyzed for the impact of NC cutting,including the m index about cutting process,damping coefficient ξ and natural frequency ωn.The analysis results show that if the three parameters can be coordinated well,the NC cutting process will achieve more optimal cutting performance.
