极松软煤层综放工作面液压支架选型及应用研究

摘    要:针对在极松软的"三软"煤层进行综放开采遇到的一些工作面移架困难、支架立柱受力不均匀等问题,对综放工作面的四柱支撑式和两柱掩护式液压支架的最大承载区域及底板比压进行了研究,发现合理地选择和改进综放工作面的液压支架能够很好地适应"三软"煤层,并在火铺矿极其松软的17#煤层成功应用。

Abstract:Aiming at solving the problems such as difficulty moving hydraulic powered support and uneven forced of support’s column while fully mechanized mining in "three soft" coal seams,we research the maximum carrying area and bottom pressure of the four pillars support type and two columns of cover hydraulic powered support in fully mechanized working face,and find that reasonable choice and improving the hydraulic powered support can well adaptation to the "three soft" coal seams,and finally successfully adapted in the softest 17# coal seam in Huopu coal mine.
