运煤列车防冻液喷洒装置的结构设计与仿真研究

摘    要:针对目前已运用的悬臂式运煤列车防冻液喷洒装置不能升降的问题,设计了一种可升降的悬臂式喷洒装置,以便能够有效地喷洒各类规格车厢。在UG中建立了喷洒装置的三维模型,并将其导入到ADAMS软件中进行了运动仿真。仿真结果验证了结构设计的合理性和可行性,并为进一步的动力学分析以及优化设计奠定了基础。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that cantilever antifreeze spraying devices currently used for coal trains can not lift,a lifting cantilever antifreeze spraying device that can effectively spray various sizes of carriages is presented.A 3D model of the spraying device is established in UG software and then imported into ADAMS software for motion simulation.The simulation results validate the structure design is reasonable and feasible,and lay a foundation for further dynamic analysis and optimal design.
