基于模糊PID控制的球磨机自动控制系统设计

摘    要:提出了一种模糊控制对球磨机进行自动控制的技术方案,将模糊PID控制理论引入到球磨机控制系统中,能够很好地克服球磨机非线性、时变等因素的干扰影响,能有效地避免球磨机发生胀磨或是空磨现象。系统运行可靠,抗干扰能力强,能较好地实现球磨机恒功率自动控制,提高了设备的生产率和自动化水平,具有较好的推广应用价值。

Abstract:This paper puts forward a kind of fuzzy control for ball for automatic control technology program,fuzzy PID control theory is introduced into ball mill control system,is able to overcome ball mill nonlinear time-varying,factors such as disturbance effect,can effectively avoid ball mill happen bilge grinding or empty grinding phenomenon.System run reliably,anti-interference ability is strong,can well realize ball mill constant power automatic control,improve productivity of equipment and automation level,and has higher application value.
