摘    要:介绍了SolidWorks Sustainability软件在产品全生命周期过程中评定设计对环境的影响方面的应用。对提升机传动滚筒进行了改进设计,并利用SolidWorks Sustainability软件对传动滚筒和改进传动滚筒分别进行生命周期评定,分析其对环境的影响。通过对报表的分析,证明改进设计的各项参数均优于原设计,对环境的影响程度大幅度降低。应用SolidWorks Sustainability软件进行产品的生命周期评定对绿色设计方法和技术的应用具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:The method of life cycle assessment based on SolidWorks Sustainability is introduced.The driving drum of bucket elevator was improved.It studied the green design of the driving drum of bucket elevator in life cycle based on SolidWorks Sustainability.The environmental parameters of the improved design are superior to the original design and environmental impact has greatly reduced.LCA of product base on SolidWorks Sustainability has great reference value of green design.
