井下输送带运输的自动化系统设计

摘    要:介绍了基于PLC的井下输送带运输系统的硬件和软件设计、视频系统结构以及上位机监控系统。实践表明,该系统控制灵活、结构简单、故障率低,实现了远程监控和故障报警,提高了输送带运输的自动化程度。

Abstract:The paper introduces hardware and software of belt conveyer in underground coal mine based on PLC、Video system structure and computer monitoring system.Practice shows,this system is agile in controlling,simple in structure,low failure rate.It realizes remote monitoring and trouble alarm,increases degree of automation of belt conveyer.
