基于SolidWorks和Ansys的液压支架设计分析

摘    要:介绍了使用软件SolidWorks2008对液压支架进行建模的方法。通过分析ZY3200/12/28液压支架的结构特点,提供了在零件建模和部件及整体装配过程中,针对不同零部件不同构造的处理方法,并详细分析了液压支架建模过程遇到的问题及解决措施。完成整架装配后,又使用Ansys软件对支架底座进行了分析。

Abstract:A method to model the hydraulic support with SolidWorks 2008 was introduced.By analyzing the structural characteristics of hydraulic support ZY3200/12/28,a method was provided to different parts with different structures in the process of part modeling and assembly and also analyzed in detail the problems and the solutions in modeling.Using Ansys to analyse the base after finishing assembly.Understand more about use of these two softwares Ansys have a profound understanding to hydraulic support.
