基于Zigbee技术的带式输送机转载点喷雾除尘装置设计

煤矿井下带式输送机转载点是煤尘浓度较高的地方,为降低煤尘危害保障安全生产,设计了一种基于Zigbee技术的带式输送机转载点喷雾降尘装置。该装置由协调器和电磁阀控制节点构成。其主要特点是以Zigbee技术为核心,并配置高灵敏度、低功耗的接近开关;组建的网络稳定性强而且可以有效检测带式输送机的工作状态,进而为电磁阀控制节点提供准确的控制信息。为煤矿井下提供一种简单、方便、使用寿命长的喷雾降尘装置,也为煤矿安全自动发展提供了一种良好技术手段。

Design of Spray Dust Removing Device Used in Belt Conveyor Based on Zigbee

The density of coal-dust in belt conveyor is high under coal mine.Designing one type of spray-dustfull device used in belt conveyor based on Zigbee to reduce density of coal-dust and Guarantee safety of production.The device contains sensor nodes and controller nodes of electromagnetic valve.The main feature of device is using Zigbee as main technology which could established strong networks,and using high sensitivity and low power consumption close to switch which could detect working state of belt conveyor effectively,then provides accurate information for controller node.Not only providing a convenient spray dustfall device that using simply and existing long for underground coal mine,but also providing an effective technical to guarantee the production.
