CONN-WELD公司香蕉筛在龙固选煤厂的应用

龙固选煤厂的原煤分级选用从美国CONN-WELD公司引进的3.6 m×7.3 m单层香蕉筛。阐述了此香蕉筛的结构特点与工作流程,并且针对实际使用过程中存在的大块物料堵塞筛孔以及冲击输送带的问题,对筛机与带式输送机进行了改造。对于筛孔堵塞问题,在几个方案中选取了比较新颖的加一层棒条筛的方案。对于大块物料冲击输送带的问题,采用了成本比较低实施容易的2个方案,最后介绍了改造效果。

Application of Banana Screen Made in CONN-WELD Company in Longgu Coal-separating Plant

Longgu coal cleaning plant washes raw coal with 3.6 m×7.3 m single banana screen is introduced from the United States,this paper expounds the structure characteristics of the banana screen and the working process,and in view of the actual use,in order to solve the existence problem of the big materials jams mesh and impact belt,we have reformed sieve machine and belt conveyor.For the problem of screen hole congestion,we selected the project of adding a layer of great screen article in several projects.For the problem of big materials impact belt,we choosed two solutions which is low cost and easy to be done,at last,the paper introduces the modification effect.
