摘    要:采用ANSYS建立了隔膜泵十字头有限元模型,对最大工况情况下的十字头进行了静力学分析,并对最大工况下的滑道和滑履的接触比压进行了计算机模拟,从而为隔膜泵十字头的设计提供依据。

Abstract:Finite element model of crosshead in diaphragm pump based on ANSYS is established,based on the model,static stress analysis of crosshead under worst working condition is conducted,at the same time,specific pressure between sliding-shoe and sliding way is simulated,the analysis and simulation results will provide basic to further designing.
