摘    要:根据工程的需要,利用液压差值和调压弹簧作用力设计的液控截止阀,实现阀门的自动启闭,给工业自动化生产提供便利的同时更节省了时间和生产成本。从理论的角度建立阀的力学和流量数学模型,并对其内部流场进行模拟分析,为阀类件的设计提供理论支持。

Abstract:According to requirements of project,this paper using difference value of liquid pressure in valve and force of regulating spring design hydraulic cut-off valve.The realization of valve self-control,provide convenient for industrial automation and save time and cost of production in meantime.This article establish valve mechanical and flow mathematical model from Angle of theory,meanwhile simulate and analyse internal flow field,result of model take theoretical support for valve design.
