| 摘 要： | 根据CA6140车床手柄座零件形状的不规则性,设计出合理的铣削夹具,作为后续加工的基准,同时进行相关的设计计算及校核。利用ANSYS软件对夹具模型进行有限元分析,得出应力分布图,并由此判断此夹具工作时稳定、可靠。

| Abstract: | A milling fixture designed reasonably according the irregular part shape to the handle seat of CA6140 lathe,which as the benchmark for the subsequent processing simultaneously related design and checking.The result shows stability and reliability of the working fixture from the stress distribution by finite element analysis of ANSYS software. |
