矢量控制技术在矿井提升机中的应用研究

摘    要:为满足矿井提升机对高性能的要求,对矢量控制技术进行了详细的研究,通过数学推导建立了三相异步电机的数学模型、坐标变换、磁链求解和逆变器控制信号生成模块等,仿真证明该异步电机矿井提升系统具有可以和直流电动机相媲美的的静、动态性能,具有很强的理论指导意义和较大的实际应用价值。

Abstract:To meet the request of mine hoist that with high performance,this paper shows detailed study of vector control technology,and through math is established mathematical model of three-phase asynchronous motor,coordinate transform,magnetic chain solution and generation of inverter control signal module,simulation results prove mine lifting system with asynchronous motor has a comparable static or dynamic performance of system with DC motor.And has a strong theoretical guidance significance and larger value of application.
