基于虚拟样机的减速器动力学分析

摘    要:通过三维CAD软件SolidWorks创建了减速器的参数化实体模型;利用Parasolid文件接口在AD-AMS中实现了减速器虚拟样机的构建.基于虚拟样机的建模和仿真为机械设计提供了依据,提高了设计效率.

Abstract:With the development of computer technology,the emerging of virtual prototype technology marks a new stage of mechanical engineering.Through the creation of a reducer parametric solid model by taking advantage of 3D CAD software,such as SolidWorks,the reducer virtual prototyping can be constructed via Parasolid interface in ADAMS.The virtual prototype modeling and simulation provide a basis for mechanical design and improve the design efficiency.
