| 摘 要： | 在“厂网分离，竞价上网”的电力市场政策下，电厂越来越注重自身的经济效益。目前使用的热力系统经济性分析软件主要是基于热力学第一定律的，由于固有的缺陷，无法为电厂管理者提供有效的、统一的成本一收益参考数据。文章介绍的经济性诊断系统使用热经济学分析方法，弥补了上述不足。由于该系统是基于Web构建的多层体系，因而具有移植性好、操作简单、界面友好、易扩充等优点。另外，就实际开发中遇到的难点，阐明了可行的解决方法。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces how to use thermoeconomic methodology to build an economical analysis system for power plant. Decision-makers in power plants can clearly understand working states of power units through online or offline enforcer. This analysis system has some advantages, such as analyze accuracy, response quickly, interactive processing friendly, transportable approach. System architecture and an instance are also demonstrated in the paper. |
