高压抗燃油劣化原因分析及控制措施

摘    要:分析了沙角A电厂4号、5号机组高压抗燃油(EH)油品质劣化原因,提出了降低EH油温的控制措施并加以实施。同时,采用KZZ 1型强极性抗燃油在线再生装置,使EH抗燃油的劣化问题得以解决。

Abstract:The causes leading to quality deterioration for EH fire-resistant oil used for units no.4 and no.5 in Shajiao Power Plant A has been analysed,the measures for reducing the temperature of EH oil being put forward,and being implemented.At the same time,an on-line regeneration facility of K22-1 strong polarity fire-resistant oil has been adopted,making the deterioration problem of EH fire-resistant oil finally to be solved.
