摘    要:在H2SO4介质中,痕量的钒能灵敏地催化KBrO3氧化苋菜红褪色的反应。研究了该催化褪色反应的最佳条件,建立了一种测定痕量钒的新方法。在最大吸收波长520nm及最佳测定条件下,该方法的线性范围为0.008~3.6μg/mL,检出限为4.02ng/mL。

Abstract:A new spectrophotometric method of determination of trace amount vanadium(v) was developed.It is based on the fact that vanadium(v) can catalyze the decolorizing of amaranth with potassium bromate in the medium of sulphuric acid.The optium conditions have been studied.The linear range of vanadium(v) is 0.008~3.6μg/mL,and the determination limit is 4.02ng/mL.
