某工程桩基质量事故剖析

摘    要:某工程基础选用钻孔桩,桩数94 根,随机抽选3 根做静荷载试验,全部不合格。事后分别用PDA法、反射波法以及多次抽芯取样进行验证,各项数据表明桩身质量好,但桩端支承在含有多个夹层的岩基上,导致桩的承载力达不到原设计的要求。

Abstract:Drilling piles were selected and used for a cert ain project, the quantity of them was 94.Three piles were selected randomly and showed unqualified in dead load pile test.Afterward used PDA,reflection waves me thod and drawing out central parts separately were all used to test,and all the data showed piles quality was well but piles bottom supported on rock foundation contained many interbedding layers, and caused the bearing capacity of the pile s could not to meet the requirements for the original design.
