木聚糖酶最适pH值的研究

摘    要:研究了以里氏木霉RutC - 3 0合成的木聚糖酶的最适pH值范围。结果表明 ,内切—木聚糖酶的最适pH值范围在 4.0~ 5 .0之间 ,β—木糖苷酶的最适pH值范围在 3 .0~ 4.0之间。研究还表明 ,与内切—木聚糖酶相比 ,pH值对β—木糖苷酶的影响更大。当pH值为 4.0时 ,酶水解总糖得率最高 ,适于制备木糖 ,而当pH值为 5 .0~ 6 .0时 ,较适于制备木低聚糖。

Abstract:The pH optimum for xylanases of Trichoderma reesei Rut C-30 was studied.The results show that the pH optimum for the endo-1,4-β-D-xylanases(EC 3.2.1.8) was between 4.0 and 5.0,and the pH optimum for the exo-1,4-β-D-xylosidase(EC 3.2.1.37) was between 3.0 and 4.0.Further study indicats that pH effect on β-xylosidase is more remar-kable than on endo-xylanase.Furthermore,pH 4.0 favored production of xylose since the highest total sugar yields of enzymatic hydrolysis were obtained at this pH.pH between 5.0 and 6.0,however,was more suitable for production of xylo-oligosaccharides.
