| 摘 要： | 以甲酸甲酯和吗啉为原料,采用固定床连续催化合成N-甲酰吗啉,适宜的操作条件为:甲酸甲酯:吗啉=1.04:1,反应温度115℃,操作空速0.35 h-1.吗啉基本可实现完全转化,选择性接近100%.同时反应产物通过减压闪蒸,在吗啉空速为0.33 h-1的条件下可以循环利用未反应的甲酸甲酯. |

| Abstract: | Taking methyl and morpholine as raw materials,N-formyl morpholine was catalyzed and synthesized continuously by fixed-bed.The appropriate operation conditions are：the ratio of methyl formate to morpholine is 1.04∶1,reaction temperature is 115 ℃ and the operating space velocity is 0.35 h-1.Morpholine was transformed completely,selectivity is close to 100%.Meanwhile,with the help of vacuum flashing,the reaction products can reuse the unreacted methyl formate under the conditions of morpholine space velocity of 0.33 h-1. |
