| 摘 要： | 前馈技术是目前实现高功率宽带放大器的最理想方法,该技术可以在较宽的范围内满足更为严格的线性化指标.但前馈放大器的高效运行需要各路信号之间良好的匹配和平衡,否则就会对线性性能和整体效率产生较为显著的不利影响.本文所关注的就是前馈技术中路径延时的扰动对整个前馈系统工作性能的影响,探究工作在880 MHz CDMA频段下10 MHz带宽前馈放大器的鲁棒性.

| Abstract: | Feedforward is the most ideal way to perform broadband high power amplifier,which can accomplish more stringent linear specifications.However,the match and the balance between each loop are the keys to insure its operation efficiently.Otherwise,the performance and the efficiency will be degraded dramatically.This paper focusing on the disappointments about the disturbance in delay lines which influence the system performance,gives the study on the robustness of a 10 MHz bandwidth feedforward amplifier at 880 MHz band. |
