摘    要:对300 MW机组锅炉燃烧器区域的结焦问题进行了试验研究,发现卫燃带敷设不合理、燃烧器出口风速不均匀、煤粉细度不达标、配风不均匀及氧量过高是造成炉膛结焦的原因;提出了相应的改进措施,从而减弱了炉膛结焦,降低飞灰可燃物,使机组运行稳定。

Abstract:Experiment for coking problem in the boiler burner area of 300 MW power unit has been carried out.Some reasons of boiler coking have been found such as unreasonable laying of the ignition belt,uneven air speed at the outlet of the burner, non-standard coal fine,non-uniform air distribution and exceedingly high oxygen.Some related countermeasures have been put forward in the article so as to reduce the coking within the boiler,decrease the flying combustible substance and make the power unit operate stably.
