摘    要:本文分析了液压系统油温过高的危害,产生原因和防治措施。应用变频技术到恒温源液压系统,利用PLC控制器对冷却系统中电机进行变频调速,实现液压系统油温过高的控制和系统节能。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the hazards,causes and prevention measures of high oil temperature in hydraulic system.The application of frequency conversion technology to the constant source of temperature in hydraulic systems,using PLC controller can control frequency of motor in the cooling system,to achieve high oil temperature of control in hydraulic system and energy-conservation in systems.
