| Abstract: | This paper provides an overview of the science and technology capability in Shaanxi higher education institutions,briefly analyzes the application situation,quantity and quality during 2001 to 2006.On this statistical basis,it represents the problems existing in patent application and administration system in Shaanxi,and hereby proposes preliminary countermeasures for developing patent system in colleges and universities in Shaanxi province. |
