金属3D打印技术核电领域研究现状及应用前景分析

摘    要:基于金属3D打印技术特点,分析金属3D打印技术在核电领域的研究及应用现状。目前,该技术在核电领域的研究与应用尚处于起始阶段,仅限于原型件制造、非关键部件在役替换,并未真正意义上实现关键核级部件的技术应用。结合核电零部件特点和功能服役特殊要求,总结了金属3D打印技术应用于核电领域亟须解决的关键问题及初步解决方案,并结合3D打印技术特征与电厂实际需求,分析其应用前景。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of metal 3D printing technology,the research and application status of metal 3D printing technology in the field of nuclear power are analyzed. At present,the research and application of this technology in the field of nuclear power is still at the initial stage,which is limited to the manufacture of prototype parts and the in-service replacement of non-key components,and the technical application of key nuclear-level components has not been really realized. According to the characteristics of nuclear power components and the special requirements of functional service,the key problems and preliminary solutions of metal 3D printing technology in the field of nuclear power are summarized. Combining with the characteristics of 3D printing technology and the actual needs of power plants,the application prospect analysis is carried out.
