| 摘 要： | 为了适应企业业务流程的变化,并最大程度地提高企业的利润,文章从企业参考模型出发,讨论了企业建模的环境、建模的对象、企业模型的组成,给出了基于客户关系管理模型的动态企业模型,并利用基于组件对象模型的分布式技术实现了这种动态企业模型。
