汽包水位监测系统的改进

摘    要:分析火力发电厂锅炉汽包水位监测系统传统的测量方法存在的问题,并介绍了对已在役的锅炉汽包水位测量装置进行改造工作中,采用多测孔接管技术取样、电接点水位测量装置采用GJT-2000高精度电接点测量筒及差压式水位测量装置采用单室平衡容器的改进方案。阐述了其工作原理、系统特点及改进所取得的效果。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the problem existed in traditional measurement method of boiler drum level monitoring system in thermal power plant,and introduces improvement scheme of using multi-measuring hole technology sampling,electricity contact level measurement device using GJT-200 high accuracy electricity contact measurement barrel and differential pressure level measurement device using single room balanced vessel in boiler drum level measurement retrofit work.its work theory,system character and effect gained in retrofit are elaborated.
