特大型环形炉炉底机械上部钢结构定位措施的改进

摘    要:分析了某钢铁厂正在运行的环形炉炉底机械上部钢结构的定位措施,发现该定位措施设置不合理,导致环形炉炉底机械中部钢结构产生严重的永久塑性变形。这种塑性变形与环形炉炉底机械上部钢结构的热膨胀再次叠加,使环形炉炉底外环边缘砖与外环炉内壁产生严重干涉,环形炉炉底机械卡死。通过对环形炉炉底机械上部钢结构定位措施的改进,清除了环形炉炉底机械的卡死故障,使环形炉恢复了正常生产。

Abstract:An analysis is made to find out the problem in one iron & steel mill's steel superstructure positioning measures taken for the circular furnace hearth mechanism.Through the analysis,the previous measures used in the hearth mechanism was found improper.Because of the improper measures,serious and permanent plastic deformation happened in the middle steel structure in the mechanism in the actual operation.The deformation could be re-superposed with the thermal expansion of steel superstructure in the mechanism,which could cause serious interfere of the bricks at the outer race edge of the circular furnace hearth with the inner wall of the outer race furnace and block the circular furnace hearth to stop.After the improvement,the blocking problem is solved and the circular furnace recovers to the normal production.
