摘    要:基于PIV测速技术对水平井环空管道内液固两相流动规律进行分析,研究不同环空流量、钻柱转速、流体粘度等相关因素。实验结果表明,随着环空流量、钻柱的转速和流体粘度的增加,岩屑床厚度降低,从而提高了岩屑的携带率。该实验研究成果可有效的为水平井的冲砂洗井工作提供理论依据。

Abstract:Based on PIV velocity measurement technique, the rule of liquid-solid flow in the annulus pipeline of horizontal well was analyzed, and the relevant factors such as different annular flow rate, drill string speed and fluid viscosity were studied. The experimental results show that,with the increase of annular flow rate, the speed of drill string and the viscosity of fluid, the thickness of cutting bed is reduced, and the carrying rate of cuttings is improved. The experimental results can provide a theoretical basis for the sand-flushing operation of horizontal wells.
