多孔渗水混凝土材料的制备及性能研究

摘    要:针对传统路面铺装材料在路面渗透性差,导致城市路面经常出现内涝的问题,提出和制备一种多孔渗水的混凝土路面铺装材料。对此,文章以5~10 mm的单粒径级配粗集料、水泥、粉煤灰、硅灰、聚丙烯纤维等作为原材料,结合一定的配合比,利用一次搅拌法对材料进行搅拌,从而得到不同配合比和不同掺入方法下的混凝土试件。最后,以抗折强度、渗透系数等作为评价指标,对上述制备混凝土试件进行评价,验证了多孔渗水混凝土材料的性能。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the traditional pavement material has poor permeability on the road surface, which results in the waterlogging of the urban road surface, a kind of porous pavement material was prepared. Taking 5~10 mm single particle size gradation of coarse aggregate, cement, fly ash, silica fume, polypropylene fiber as raw materials, with a certain proportion, these raw materials were mixed to prepare concrete specimens with different proportion by different mixing methods. Finally, the flexural strength and permeability coefficient were used as the evaluation indexes to evaluate the performance of porous concrete.
