摘    要:针对孤东油田油井管杆腐蚀的特点,对长效缓蚀剂体系进行了室内研究。采用静态挂片失重法优选出母体缓蚀剂的种类为胜利咪唑啉,加量为50 mg/L;选择了阻垢剂(HEDP)、除氧剂(硫脲)、杀菌剂(阳离子杀菌剂)等添加剂;利用三因素三水平正交实验方法优选出适用于孤东油田油井管杆的长效缓蚀剂体系(GD)的基本配方组成:48%胜利咪唑啉+28%HEDP+14%硫脲+10%阳离子杀菌剂。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the oil well tube and rod's corrosion in Gudong oilfield, an indoor study on long-term corrosion inhibitor system was carried out. Through static weight-loss method, Shengli imidazoline as the matrix corrosion inhibitor was chosen, and its dosage was 50 mg/L; and then HEDP as scale inhibitor, thiourea as deoxidant and benzethonium chloide as bactericide were chosen; By using three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment method, the basic recipe of long-term corrosion inhibitor system(GD) for the oil well tubes and rods in Gudong oilfield was determined as follows: 48% ShengLi imidazoline + 28% HEDP + 14% thiourea + 10%bactericide.
