摘    要:泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)是炼化设备密封点泄漏VOCs排放控制最佳实用技术,中国石化在国内较早开展LDAR研究,探索并开发了符合国情的中国石化LDAR成套技术。从LDAR工作模式、工作流程、建点建库、泄漏检测等方面介绍了中国石化LDAR成套技术及其应用进展,结合发达国家LDAR发展情况,提出了中国LDAR未来发展趋势与建议。

Abstract:Leak detection and repair (LDAR) process is regarded as the best available method to control the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the leakage of equipment in refining and petrochemical plants. As a pioneer in the study of LDAR, Sinopec persists in exerting tremendous efforts to improve the appropriate utilized LDAR technology and management. In this paper,current application progress of LDAR in Sinopec was introduced from the aspects of work-pattern, workflow, components identification and components inspection. Besides, based on the successful experience in developed countries, practical suggestions were proposed for the development of LDAR in China.
