摘    要:渣油加氢装置作为重质油加工的重要装置,对公司原油采购、催化装置的高效运行、总体经济效益都有重要的影响,因此优化渣油加氢装置的工艺操作,适当延长装置的运行时间,维持较高渣油掺炼量,对提高公司经济及环保效益有重要的意义。本文通过分析影响渣油加氢装置长周期运行的因素,采取针对性的优化措施,实现装置的长周期运行。

Abstract:The fixed bed residue hydrotreating unit, as an important means of heavy oil processing, has important influence on the procurement of crude oil, efficient operation of catalytic cracking unit, and overall economic benefit. Therefore the optimization of the process operation and how to prolong the running time and maintain high residue blending quantity are significance to improve the economic and environmental benefits. In this paper, the factors to affect the long period operation of the residue hydrotreating unit were analyzed; the corresponding optimization measures were put forward to realize the long period operation of the unit.
